Get €1,000 to purchase computers with the Digital Kit!

The Digital Kit Bonus for self-employed individuals and businesses with up to 2 employees has increased from €2,000 to €3,000 as of May 9, 2024.

What can you use the additional €1,000 for?

You can allocate it to any of the digital solutions included in the program, such as acquiring a computer under the Device as a Service (DaaS) model. This includes:

  • Delivery of the equipment with specific features.
  • License and technical support services for 12 months, provided by a Digital Agent.

What if you need a more advanced computer?

If the equipment you want exceeds the €1,000 covered by the bonus, you can cover the difference as follows:

  • 85% of the additional amount upon signing the agreement with the Digital Agent.
  • The remaining 15% at the end of the 12-month period covered by the Kit.

What happens at the end of the period?

At the end of the 12 months, you have two options:

  • Keep the computer: If the equipment exceeds the €1,000 bonus, you must pay a final fee that cannot exceed 15% of the initial value of the equipment.
  • Return the equipment to the Digital Agent without paying the final fee.

Important aspects:

  • The beneficiary must cover the VAT for the service, paying it to the Digital Agent upon receiving the invoice.
  • The computer solution (Safe workplace) must be combined with another digitalization solution from the Digital Kit.

It is not possible to request help only for the computer.

How can I request this help?

What happens if I had already been granted the €2,000 Bonus before this new extension?

The increase in aid is retroactive, which means:

  • Beneficiary companies in segment III (self-employed and up to 2 employees) who have already applied for the €2,000 bonus can access the additional €1,000.
  • Even if they have already fully consumed their initial Bonus, they can request the extension.

Key dates for application:

  • The extended help can be applied from June 14, 2024 to October 31, 2025.

How to request the €1,000 extension if you already have the €2,000 Voucher?

  • Log in to your Digital Kit dossier.
  • Select the button enabled for the extension.
  • Sign the agreement.
  • Automatic grant!

Haven't applied for the Voucher yet?

If you are self-employed or a micro-SME with fewer than 3 employees, we help you apply for the full €3,000, of which €1,000 can be used for purchasing a computer under the 'Secure Workstation' solution.

Computer Requirements

The Digital Kit establishes that the computer must meet certain requirements in:

  • Hardware.
  • Maintenance and technical support.
  • Cybersecurity solutions.

Important:

  • The support for the 'Secure Workstation' solution is exclusively for purchasing a computer (laptop or desktop). It is not valid for other types of equipment.
  • We assist you throughout the process, whether you are applying for the full €3,000 or already have the initial Voucher and want to access the €1,000 extension.
